Small Group Training

These strength & conditioning workouts involve a variety of interval training strategies for maximum training results.  Whether you want to get stronger, build lean muscle and decrease body fat, these workouts can benefit you!

  • Tuesdays: 6pm, 7pm & 8pm
  • Thursdays: 6pm, 7pm & 8pm
  • Saturdays: 9am & 10am
    Location: 9409-47 Street, Edmonton

Pricing: 1x/week - $72 per month; 2x/week - $135 per month; 3x/week - $180 per month

Outdoor Boot Camp
